We ship Panda Dorf pens from our workshop in China to customers worldwide. Delivery is available to most countries; if your destination is not supported at checkout, email [email protected] and we will arrange it.
We charge a single, flat $15 USD standard shipping fee per order, worldwide. There is no express option. All rates are shown in USD at checkout before payment.
The current batch is a pre-order with an estimated ship window of Q4 2026. Once pens are ready, orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number.
Standard shipping takes approximately 10 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates; delays at customs or due to carrier disruptions are outside our control. If a delay exceeds 10 business days beyond the estimate, email [email protected] and we will investigate.
Tracking information is emailed at shipment. You can also use our Order Lookup page with your email and order number.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price paid at checkout.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of the shipment date, contact us at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will replace damaged items or reship lost packages at no extra cost.
