Panda Dorf pens are produced in small, numbered batches. The current batch is a pre-order with an estimated ship window of Q4 2026. Your card is charged at checkout; we will email you tracking the moment your pen leaves our workshop in China.
We want you to love your pen. If it is not right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the pen price.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the pen price to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defect.
If your pen arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost.
Email [email protected] with your order id (the one shown on the thank-you page) and the reason. We will reply with the return address and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
