We want you to love your Panda Dorf pen. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Please note: Fountain pens that have been inked or show any signs of use are considered used and cannot be accepted for return or exchange. This is because once a fountain pen has been inked, it can no longer be sold as new. If you are unsure about the nib size or writing experience, we recommend testing with a dip test rather than filling the pen with ink.

We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If your pen arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If you would like to exchange your pen for a different nib size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the original item.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the standard return policy.
